Exploring the Al Qudra desert by bike 🚵🏼

We rented from @trekbikes.ae and did a 50km loop through the desert. There are also options for shorter or longer loops, as well as e-bikes. A great way to enjoy the outdoors and we move into the cooler season 🚲

Here are 5 of our favourite swimming spots in Corfu 🇬🇷

These are in no particular order and each one offers something very different from the next.

1.⁠ ⁠Imabari
Located in Old Town, enjoy cocktails and food right on the water. If you don’t want to pay you can post up right next door and enjoy the same little bay. Watch out for boats that can send in big waves.

2. Canal D’amour
This spot in Sidari is a popular location. Do some cliff jumping and swim through the cave. While it is a beautiful spot, it’s best done by boat or in the morning as the beach and cliffs get very busy throughout the day. Be mindful of winds and tides, as the cave won’t be swimmable with bigger waves.

3. La Grotta Bar
Down some steep steps in Paleokastritsa, you will find this bar built into the cliffs. Popular with a younger crowd for the drinks and music, this spot offers cliff jumping and a dramatic setting. Perfect for a pre-dinner cocktail and swim, or try it in the morning when it’s often more quiet.

4. Cape Drastis
Located on the northern tip of the island, this spot offers breathtaking views from above. The water is a 20 minute walk down a dirt road where you can swim below the cliffs. I highly recommend exploring by boat, which allows you to visit other inaccessible beaches all down this coast.

5. Old Fortress
Tucked into the harbour below NAOK Azur bar is this swim spot. Look out at the sailboats and yachts next to the Old Fortress, or take a swim in the open lane swimming pool. Perfect for a quick afternoon dip.
